What is a Guest Experience Specialist?
- A Guest Experience Specialist is a team member who directly assists guests at the restaurant. You are the first line of defense on making sure the guest has a memorable experience at Crydermans Barbecue.
What is expected
-Full knowledge and understanding of our culture and menu items
-Front of House position providing support to foodservice line
-Meat cutter/serving sides/cashier
-Open and closing duties
-Guest relations
-Knowledge of the hospitality industry
-Positive attitude
-Flexible schedule/open availability
-Ability to work as a team
-Base pay plus weekly tip share (Estimated pay rate includes tip share)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
