Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager at JDI Group. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and serving businesses across South Florida. Your day-to-day tasks will include providing benefit administration, delivering exceptional customer service, analyzing benefit data, and designing benefit plans. While this role is primarily located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, there is flexibility for some work from home.

• Experience in managing client relationships
• Knowledge of Employee Group Benefits
• Ability to analyze benefit data and design benefit plans
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Prior experience in the Insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
