Description of the Role

This is a full-time role for a License Associate Attorney. The firm is headquarters is located in Livingston, NJ. The firm has other satellite offices in other parts of New Jersey and New York. There is flexibility for some remote work. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating, handling litigation cases, and law matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • License Attorney for New Jersey and New York
  • Strong knowledge of law in New Jersey and New York
  • Must have previous Associate Attorney experience
  • Experience in providing legal advice, conducting research, business law, real estate, bankruptcy
  • Experience in aviation law is a plus
  • Excellent Negotiating skills
  • Experience in handling litigation cases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
