**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adults in various educational settings, possess strong classroom management skills, and be proficient in curriculum development.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for students of different age groups

- Provide instruction in Ballet, and may be utilized in other disciplines as needed, such as Lyrical and Contemporary; Jazz

- Create a supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and creativity

- Ensure a safe and inclusive learning space

- Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their development

- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience working with children or adults in an educational setting

- Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning

- Strong classroom management skills to create a positive learning environment

- Extensive knowledge in Ballet technique; Secondary Education in this disclipline preferred.

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
