Footwise is part of ERHCo Inc - an Oregon-based, family-run business that operates retail shoe stores from Eugene to Hood River.
Sales Associate is an in-store position, dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience in a welcoming atmosphere. You'll have the opportunity to be part of a knowledgeable and become an expert in footwear and foot health. You will be able to share your knowledge with customers to provide the best level of service possible.
Compensation Package

• Base pay rate is $14.50 per hour
• This is a commission-based position and has uncapped sales commission earning potential.

Hours

• Open 7 days a week. Operating hours may be dictated by the location.
• Part-time position (below 30 hours per week)

Position Requirements

• Minimum of one year in fashion retail, preferred
• At least one year of work experience involving cash handling, required
