Good Guy Vapes Retail Sales Associates are responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for every customer and in assisting the Store Manager with the daily operations and objective of the store. This position requires a mix of skill, strong communication, and immense dedication to customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain standard store operations
• Utilize customer service skills, exemplary sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers to the right product and drive sales
• Build the bond between consumer and brand by providing superior customer service
• Serve as a product knowledge resource for consumers and other staff members. Seek educational opportunities to develop specialized knowledge about new products, the Good Guy Vapes culture, sales, and customer service techniques
• Maintain knowledge of point-of-sale system as well as being able to operate cash register for regular transactions
• Maintain proper display of products ensuring they comply with Good Guy Vapes visual and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness & organization of the store and ensure products are stocked on the sales floor
• Assist Store Manager in inventory operations including counts, receiving, stocking, and organizing
• Assist Store Manager in training entry-level sales associates
• Maintain company-wide communications
• Must be able to refuse sales to any person under the legal vaping age
• Must wear proper Good Guy Vapes work attire
• Must adhere to the Good Guy Vapes Operation’s Manual

Skills & Specifications

• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to perform basic math functions
• Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills in interacting with customers and meeting their needs
• Ability to work in teams and able to take initiative
• Work in fast-paced environments with the ability to multi-task
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Word
• Knowledge of electronic cigarettes and safe handling of devices, e-liquid, atomizers, batteries, and other components
• Able to work with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• High school degree, diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods of time, and lift boxes up to 40 lbs
• Must have reliable means of transportation

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 – 30 per week
