Contractors Clothing is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Clerk Near Madison, MI

Overview:

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue cycle management and possess knowledge of accounting software. This position offers an opportunity to work in various accounting environments such as public, corporate, or governmental accounting.

Duties:

- Manage accounts receivable functions including invoicing, posting payments, and account reconciliations
- Perform account analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of transactions
- Utilize accounting software for data entry and financial record maintenance
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely collections
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable, and any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in accounts receivable or related accounting roles
- Proficiency in debits, credits, and account reconciliation
- Familiarity with NetSuite or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Experience in revenue cycle management
- Background in public, corporate, or governmental accounting
