Del Val Realty and Property Management is Hiring a HOA/Condo Manager Near Malvern, PA

Job DescriptionDel Val Realty & Property Management is a full-service residential property management company serving Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. Del Val is growing rapidly and looking for great people to help us serve our clients and create the ideal living experience for our residents. We need a dynamic and skilled Property Manager in our HOA Department. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong communication skills, and a passion for exceptional customer service. In that case,e, we want you to join our team at our office located at 49 E Lancaster Ave, Malvern, PA 19355.
Benefits: Competitive Compensation ($33-$36/hr), 401K Plan with Health, Employer Matching Contributions, Paid Personal Time & Holidays, Tuition Reimbursement.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
  • Assist in drafting budgets and reviewing and controlling expenses.
  • Negotiate vendor contracts
  • Collection of any outstanding homeowner fees
  • Reviews, updates, and advises the HOA about current and future projected capital expenditures.
  • Monthly site inspections at all HOAs you are responsible for.
  • Attend HOA Board meetings – most by Zoom but some in-person meetings
  • Knowledge and a clear understanding of HOA documents
  • Manage vendors and their contracts.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
Job Requirements:
  • 2-4 years' HOA/condo property management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • You must have your vehicle
