The Purple Cow Dispensary is seeking full and part-time budtenders for its Billings, MT location. The position will require 10–30 hrs per week with the potential to expand.

Applicants must be available evenings and weekends and be eligible to obtain a Worker’s Permit. Prior industry experience is NOT required, in fact, in some cases its preferred! Compensation will range from $15-$18 DOE.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers with a happy and inviting tone
• Answering customer questions and concerns
• Recommending strains/products based on customer wants/needs
• Advising customers about products, promotions, and loyalty program incentives
• Totaling purchases and processing cash using POS system (Dutchie)
• Closing out registers counting cash for deposits without error
• Maintaining a clean and organized retail environment - this includes but is not limited to cleaning bathrooms, mopping floors, pulling weeds outside, and anything else that lends to a beautiful retail environment
• Assisting with inventory management: restocking, packaging, labeling, counting and receiving inventory
• Arranging and stocking merchandise on shelves and displays
• Engaging customers at their level of curiosity
• Asking for and scanning customer IDs

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills – you must like people, and like talking to people
• High school diploma or GED
• Obtain a valid marijuana worker permit
• Exceptional ability to match a customer’s vibe
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and complete tasks as assigned
• Willingness to learn
• Open availability on nights/weekends - NON-NEGOTIABLE

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
