Our services include blade inspections, retrofits, lightning protection system installations, and support for new wind farm installations. Since our founding in 2016, we have been involved in multiple wind farm projects across more than 15 states. Our company emphasizes rapid deployment of experienced technicians to ensure effective and efficient operations. With a focus on safety compliance and engineering support, we provide comprehensive work instructions and repair reports for our customers.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of wind farm projects, including blade maintenance, inspections, and retrofits. They will manage logistics, coordinate with technicians and subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets. The role is primarily based in Fort Worth, TX, with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Experience in project management, including planning, executing, and monitoring
- Knowledge of wind turbine components and maintenance processes
- Skills in logistics management and coordination
- Proficiency in inspection procedures and quality control
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- A degree in engineering or a related field is preferred
- Certifications in project management or wind energy are beneficial
