Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is Hiring a Medical Office Manager Near Plano, TX

Medical Office Manager

We are a small surgical practice looking for someone who is helpful, proactive and can handle anything that needs to be done on a daily basis. Tasks would include answering the telephone, greeting patients, scheduling appointments and surgery, guiding patients through the treatment process, and financial management. In addition, marketing knowledge will be key. This person will answer directly to the surgeon.

Duties:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and personnel of the medical office & surgery suite
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and scheduling

Experience:

- Previous experience in a medical office management role is required
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems is preferred
- Knowledge of medical insurance and patient collections procedures
- Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential for success in this role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with staff and healthcare providers
