[Primary Responsibilities and Duties]

• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

• Manage inventory on the floor and facilitate incoming inventory placement on the sales floor

• Customer-facing process administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

• Opening and Closing the Store

• Report on buying trends and customer needs

• Manages staff for the sales floor by providing detailed task lists and evaluating performance on those tasks

• Facilitate resolution of all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc)

• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while still maintaining excellent customer service in a busy retail environment

• Intermediate-Level Skills with Microsoft Office product suite

• Public Safety, Tactical, and Military Surplus Market Knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
