We are looking for a part-time sales associate that is able to work nights and weekends for our Park Ridge location. You will serve as part of a team, ensuring that customer engagement is the top priority, while cultivating long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Prior retail experience is preferred but not necessary. Must be able to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights and weekends. This is a part time position.

Requirements
• Provide a positive representation of Olson’s Ace Hardware.
• Assist with receiving, checking in and stocking of merchandise throughout the store.
• Assist with maintaining back stock levels.
• Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and outdoor merchandise area.
• Assist with providing a clean and orderly sales floor, including end caps and ad merchandise.
• Assist with merchandise resets through the store.

Education/Training
High School or GED equivalent.

Experience
Formal retail experience or trades experience preferred but not mandatory.

Physical Demands
Standing, walking and lifting (up to 50lbs).

This is not a seasonal job. Must be able to work daytime hours.
This is a part time position. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
