Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Workdays: Monday- Friday

Work Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. – Occasional phone support for our Salt Lake City operation until 8:00 p.m.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or MCSA or MSCE certification

The Network Administrator is responsible for overseeing Auburn’s computer systems or database networks to ensure proper maintenance and security. The Network Administrator works to identify network or computer system’s needs, overseeing the installation of new hardware and software and using employee feedback to isolate issues. This position reports to the IT Director.

Essential Functions:

• Routine service and maintenance of a Windows server network.

• The repair and management of Windows PC.

• Helping users with IT issues.

• Creates and installs various new systems and servers the company needs.

• Responsible for maintenance of all printers, IIS servers, and routers.

• Responsible for the set-up and maintenance of 100 PCs.

• Will perform and monitor all system back-ups.

• Responsible for all aspects of Endpoint Security.

Required Skills, Abilities and Knowledge:

• Experience with managing Active Directory.

• Experience with managing Windows server 2019 .

• Must have experience with Hyper-V and MS Failover clustering.

• Experience with management and repair of Windows 10.

• Understand advanced network concepts.

• Experience with Aruba/HPE network hardware, a plus.

• Experience with HPE servers and storage, a plus.

• Must have knowledge of Exchange 2019.

• Windows RDS, a plus.

• Experience with Fiber, Ethernet, and SAS switches.
