The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership, sales, and process improvement background. As an Operations Manager, you will manage a team, implement strategic plans, and ensure the business's profitability.
Operations Manager Responsibilities:
· Manage employees, implement procedures, and hold key personnel accountable.
· Responsible for helping to achieve company goals.
· Respond to property damage emergency calls when required.
· Plan, organize and manage crews and subcontractors.
· Establish and maintain client relationships.
· Attend or run appropriate company meetings.
· Handle all inquiries for the team and demonstrate a high level of problem-solving resolution and technical assistance.
· Responsible for mentoring, coaching, and developing employees, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, and developing their skills and abilities.
