**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Verification Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dental insurance verification and dental billing. Proficient in dental terminology.
**Responsibilities:**
- Verify denta insurnance for patients when applicable.
- Review and process dental billing claims.
- Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors.
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim denials.
- Maintain patient billing records and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Collaborate with Providers to ensure accurate documentation.
**Experience:**
- Prior experience in a dental office setting with a focus on dental insurance verification.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
- Experience in dental collections is a plus.
- Knowledge in Open Dental, Dental CChange, and Revenuewewell software is a plus.
