Harnish Insurance Group, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Insurance Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Insurance Customer Service Representatives new to the insurance industry may make up to $45,000 per year. Experienced Insurance Personal Lines Customer Service Representative may make up to $55,000 per year. This includes outbound service calls, and inbound calls from sales representatives. Nurture strong customer relationships and aim to increase client retention and product loyalty. In everyday operations, use computer systems to process premium payments, review and update policies, handle claims, and make endorsements. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions. Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy questions, changes, and updates. Issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.) Address the clients concerns carefully, clearly, and professionally. Requirement A Property and Casualty License is Required. Previous Insurance Personal Lines Experience Preferred. Collaborate with team members through concise and professional written and verbal communication, promoting effective teamwork and client service excellence. Demonstrate strong typing skills, efficiently entering and processing data to meet deadlines and client needs. Exemplify professionalism over the phone, in writing, and in the office to create a positive work environment and ensure effective communication. Pay meticulous attention to detail when reviewing policies, contracts, and client data to minimize errors and ensure the highest level of accuracy. Efficiently manage multiple client inquiries, tasks, and administrative responsibilities simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail. Must have basic computer skills.
