Chelsea Senior Center (CSC) is hiring! Due to a recent promotion, we are seeking a new Assistant Director to join our amazing team. This is a full-time, salaried position. As part of CSC’s leadership team, the Assistant Director will work alongside the Director in support of CSC’s mission. The ideal candidate will be patient, caring, and relate to seniors with understanding and compassion. They will communicate effectively and respectfully, bring non-profit work experience and knowledge of human resource best practices and experience supervising staff. The Assistant Director will possess excellent reasoning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Grant writing, fundraising, and development experience are a bonus.
