Customer Service Representative

The appointment scheduler and customer service representative is a vital position within the organization. You support our dynamic, fast-paced, growing business by scheduling appointments and providing general customer service. You are the first contact the customer has. We operate a high paced action-packed call center environment. We embrace change and we pride ourselves on incorporating state of the art techniques and equipment in everything that we do. Responsibilities

• Must be able to handle 60 inbound or outbound calls per shift
• Greet customers as they pick up the phone and introduce yourself and the company
• Provide Fast, Friendly and Fun customer service to both internal and external customers
• Answer incoming calls related to service, billing, and other departments
• Schedule service/estimate appointments in a timely manner
• Provide information regarding the service or products in question
• Answer any questions that the potential customer asks to the best of your ability
• Work collaboratively with internal team

Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Must be able to work varying shifts including days, nights, and weekends!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
