Daily Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns, resolving issues promptly, responsibly, and effectivelly.
- Assist guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and directions.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software (OPERA experience a plus).
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Knowledge of local attractions and amenities to assist guests effectively

- Hotel: Knowledge of hotel operations, services, and amenities.
- Guest services: Ability to provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns.
