Basic Job Skills:

Use basic math, tape measure and have measurement skills.

Use hand tools that include: air powered staple gun, pliers, staple pullers, scissors and regulators.

Work in a cellular fashion in the most efficient manner that has the highest level of quality.

Work together with a team of people in the safest and most efficient manner.

Experience Required

No prior experience is needed.

Minimum of 3 years steady work history.

Experience with hand tools, power equipment and measuring devices is preferred.

Work Hours

6AM to 2:30PM, with a 30 minute unpaid lunch at 11AM. There are two, ten minute paid breaks during the day. Daily overtime may be needed to ensure manufacturing can meet demands for the following day.

Wages

Starting wage for this position is $16.00per hour. During the training period, some overtime is available. Wage increases are commensurate with acquired job skills and are paid on an incentive basis, with the average person making $18 - $20 per hour in 12 months.
