Roanoke Street Apartments is hiring now! We are hiring for a summer helper to assist our maintenance technician turning units on a college property. This position will start now until August 15th.

Must be able to work weekends from July 19th thru August 12th.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Shift:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Facilities Maintenance Occupations: 1 year (Required)
• Cleaning & Grounds Maintenance: 1 year (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
