Best Western Plus Parkway Hotel is Hiring a Guest Service Representative Near Alton, IL
We are looking to hire Guest Service Representatives that will enure our guests feel welcome and enjoy their stay at our hotel. Our Guests' satisfaction is our number 1 goal! The right candidate will be friendly, outgoing, reliable and loyal. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
*Checking guests in and out, ensure guests fill out/sign registration and have valid identification, issue keys
*Assist guests with requests and needs
*Reserve, make changes and cancel reservations via phone, fax, email.
*Post cash and credit card payments
*Balance shift paperwork
*Communicate with team members and management
The shifts available 4p-12a, 12a-8a. Weekends a must. Please fill out a paper application at Best Western Plus Parkway, 1900 Homer Adams Pkwy., Alton, IL. 62002. No phone calls please
