Fesch Cleaning Co. is actively hiring a LEAD cleaning technician, for both residential and commercial services. Duties:
- Perform various cleaning tasks in residential and/or commercial settings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas
- Empty trash bins and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces

Requirements:
- MUST HAVE previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Skills:

- Residential cleaning: Experience in cleaning private homes using appropriate cleaning products and tools
- Floor care: Knowledge of different floor types and appropriate cleaning methods (e.g., hardwood, carpet, tile)
- Commercial cleaning: Understanding of specialized cleaning techniques for commercial spaces
- Clean/sanitize: Ability to effectively clean and sanitize surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment

- Attention to detail: Ability to thoroughly clean and ensure all areas are spotless
- Time management: Efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Physical stamina: Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods of time
- Communication skills: Effective verbal communication to interact with team members and supervisors
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new cleaning techniques and adapt to changing work environments

Note: Prior experience in the cleaning industry is required. Training will be provided for specific role.
