Assistant Manager

Education: High School

Experience: Prior pizza industry experience, working in teams, and with the public

Must be 18 years or older

Overview:

Work shoulder to shoulder with Owner and Shift Managers to train and learn the Jets Pizza methods for 30-60 days. Develop court vision within the restaurant to be able to fulfill orders and ensure satisfied customers. Perform all manager responsibilities on your shift, and set up the next shift for success.

Description:

• Oversees all shift operations opening and/or closing
• Responsible for cash control of registers
• Good communications with shift team and between shifts
• Works the line with pizza makers to ensure excellent product and minimal waste
• Diffuses customer situations quickly and professionally
• Takes orders and processes payments
• Assists in training of new crew members

40 hours with potential benefits

Starting Wage: Up to $18/hour based on experience, attitude, and aptitude, with increase after training period

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
