As a Planogram Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and implementing planograms to ensure the visual arrangement of merchandise is optimized for sales. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to ensure consistency and compliance with brand standards.

• Develop and design planograms in accordance with merchandising strategies and store specifications.
• Collaborate with buyers, merchandisers, and store managers to gather product information and retail space dimensions.
• Use planogram software to create visual representations of shelving and product placement.
• Analyze sales data to determine the effectiveness of current product placements and make adjustments as needed.
• Conduct store visits to ensure planogram compliance and to gather feedback from store teams.
• Train store employees on new planogram layouts and merchandising standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to continually improve planogram designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

• Proven experience as a Planogram Specialist or in a similar role in retail merchandising.
• Proficient with planogram software (e.g., JDA, Spaceman, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
