Danville Pediatrics Medical Group is seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our front desk team. The ideal candidate for this position should be a friendly, kind and patient individual with exceptional customer service skills. This individual must be a team player, able to communicate clearly and effectively, detail oriented, and able to multi-task. Previous medical office experience preferred. Salary based on experience.

Job Duties include:

• Greet patients and visitors
• Register patients at check-in
• Verify insurance and demographics
• Collect copay/coinsurance
• Patient check-out
• Schedule appointments
• Perform normal duties at the front desk
• Filing
• Medical records management
• Scanning/Importing medical records
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

SCHEDULE: Our office has extended evening and weekend hours to accommodate the needs of our patients. We are currently seeking to fill Monday - Friday afternoon/evening position. Hours for this shift is noon until 9pm. Must be flexible to work other shifts as needed.
