**What your days and weeks will look like.**

* Lead a multi-disciplined technology team focused on the technology development and delivery.

* Coach, mentor and provide career guidance for all team members and build domain expertise within the team.

* Fully accountable for planning, prioritization, and delivery for the team. Create and foster an environment that is inclusive, data-driven, proactive, agile, economical, collaborative, and accountable.

* Partner closely with business partners and key stakeholders to develop technology strategies and roadmaps, mapping to business objectives.

* Evaluate new technologies and decisions regarding technology usage and patterns in support of required business capabilities.

* Manage demand / capacity of the teams

* Oversee program/project budget forecast and actuals management

* Successful track record of medium and large scale project delivery.

* Experience managing business engagements, starting with building strong relationships with the various business leads and balancing a wide variety of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities.

* Proven ability to promote ideas and proposals persuasively, shape stakeholders' opinions, project a positive image, work through conflicts and negotiate win/win solutions.

* Experience acting as an advisor and partner in the development and definition of business strategies.

* Demonstrated leadership in coordinating initiatives across business and organizational boundaries, and building effective cross-functional teams.

* Strong people leadership skills including talent assessment, coaching and development.

* Strong understanding of the business and the ability to motivate teams whether a direct report or other functional area.

* Previous Broker-Dealer experience with an understanding of Securities/Investment Industry

* Ability to travel to Springfield, MA as needed

* 5 years of overall technology and/or business experience with at least 3 years of IT leadership, business unit, or other functional leadership experience preferred

* Bachelors degree preferred

* Agile delivery experience preferred

Target job salary: $108,000.00 $188,000.00 USD Annual
