We are a family owned and operated full service plumbing and heating supply house for commercial contractors and retail customers alike. We currently have nine Ohio locations and are looking for a qualified candidate to join our team in our Chagrin Falls home office.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Answer phones and forward incoming calls
• Complete customer-related tasks
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Assist A/R and A/P as needed including data entry
• Close out cash drawer
• Maintain office supply inventories
• Special projects as assigned
• Perform other general office tasks

Suggested Schedule (may be flexible):

• Monday-Tuesday 8:00am-4:30pm or
• Wednesday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

Requirements:

• Searching for a friendly and positive individual who is a good listener and is eager and willing to learn
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields preferred
• Prior phone experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and general keyboard proficiency required
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
• Prior experience or basic knowledge in A/P and A/R preferred but will train
• Reliable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
