Job Description: Master Roofing is seeking experienced Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious growth targets and delivering unparalleled quality and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Retention:

-Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Identify client needs and provide tailored roofing solutions to meet their requirements.

-Sales Performance:Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s goal of $100,000,000 in annual revenue. Manage and report on sales activities and performance metrics.

-Product Knowledge and Presentation: Stay informed about the latest roofing products, services, and industry trends. Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits of Master Roofing’s offerings.

-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

-Accountability and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance and market insights.

Qualifications: Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
