Our school is currently searching for a full time second grade teacher. The chosen second grade teacher must:

· Instruct according to the Ohio Learning Standards and Graded Study.

· Teach a variety of subjects including reading, writing, science, math, social studies.

· Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to relate to children at this grade level and motivate them to excel.

· Be creative in lesson planning to enable all students to reach their full potential

· Possess plenty of patience and energy.

· Instill a love for learning within each student

· Use research –based instructional best practices with lesson plans that are engaging and relevant along with excellent classroom management skills

· Works well with other colleagues and faculty.

· Incorporates technology into their teaching.

Mother Brunner is searching for a second grade teacher who has a valid Ohio teaching license in PreK- 3. The second grade teacher must be willing to uphold the mission and vision of the school. Catholic preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
