**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our Louisville, KY office. The encumbant will be tasked with ensuring effective and efficient production operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing production teams in the Restoration industry.
**Responsibilities:**
- Plan, organize, and coordinate production schedules
- Supervise and lead a team of technicians to ensure quality output
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements for increased efficiency
- Coordinate with current and prospective clients to maximize customer service
- Train new employees on production procedures and protocols
- Collaborate with other departments and offices to ensure consistency in deliverables
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in Restoration/Mitigation
- Proficiency in Xactimate and other related technology
- Ability to manage production crews to include timelines and margins
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills to manage production teams
