Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a General Manager at MADabolic. As the General Manager of MADabolic's Broad Ripple studio, you will serve as the day-to-day leader, overseeing all facets of the gym's development, operations, and client experience. You will guide a dedicated, top-tier team that inspires our members to reach their fullest potential in strength and confidence. You will ensure that every client, whether new or returning, feels acknowledged, valued, and supported upon entering our facility. As a community leader, you will forge essential partnerships and stimulate growth, keeping our studio bustling with enthusiastic newcomers eager to join the MAD movement. Above all, you will consistently exemplify our Core Values.

Qualifications

• Experience in fitness or gym management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Accountability- you take extreme ownership of everything in your domain.
• Coachability-you seek out opportunities to improve and respond positively to constructive feedback.
• Sales-you have strong interpersonal and communication skills and can develop positive relationships across a broad spectrum of personality types.
• Knowledge of fitness industry trends and best practices

Compensation

• Base Salary Plus Bonus: The base salary ranges from $45,000 to $50,000. The bonus, which is contingent on the business's performance, forms a significant portion of the compensation for a successful General Manager. In a well-established and thriving Madabolic, the bonus should exceed the base salary.
