A significant part of our project load is Commercial Tenant Improvements and Remodel construction. With a commitment to quality, integrity, and customer satisfaction, we take pride in every project we undertake.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Estimator / Project Manager to join our team. This dual-role position involves accurately estimating project costs and managing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have at minimum a basic understanding of both construction estimating and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects
  • Review project plans and specifications to determine the scope of work
  • Solicit and review subcontractor and supplier bids
  • Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely and on-budget completion
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications
  • Handle project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction estimating and project management
  • Understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs
  • Proficiency in or willingness to learn construction estimating software, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite – primarily Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
