CLEAR SMILE DENTAL CARE is Hiring a Dental Front desk (part time) Near Littleton, CO

We are a community-oriented, private practice that focuses on team culture above all else. We firmly believe that in order to deliver the best patient experience, we first have to have the best working environment. When each of us takes care of each other, we can genuinely take care of our patients.

Duties include: checking patients in/out, collecting payments, answering phones, confirmation calls, and scheduling appointments, all aspects of dental insurance.

We are an all digital office that uses Open Dental with Flex. Flex is a very efficient platform that collects all paperwork online, collects payments, and allows us to communicate with our patients.This position does require experience with Open Dental Software.

Hourly rate: $20-25

One year dental experience required

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, screen and forward calls, provide information, take messages, and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain best practices for scheduling a productive day.
  • Greet patients with enthusiasm, and handle/update all patient information.
  • Represent the practice in a professional, pleasant, and cooperative manner.
  • Maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance in accordance with the assigned schedule.
  • Be able to work both independently and cooperatively in team settings.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality to HIPAA standards.
  • Be detail oriented
  • Remain flexible and understand that job duties may change from time to time and that this individual may be asked to assist in other areas of the office.
