Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Inspector - Day Shift. The role of Construction Inspector involves overseeing and ensuring the proper execution of construction projects by contractors. Responsibilities include reviewing plans and specifications, maintaining documentation, preparing progress reports, coordinating construction activities, identifying and resolving issues, participating in design reviews, inspecting project sites, managing material deliveries, monitoring compliance, participating in meetings, and ensuring safety standards are met. Deliverables include weekly and monthly progress reports, shutdown requests, inspection logs, daily reports, materials testing records, and other construction documentation as required by the Construction Manager and/or Resident Engineer. Monthly reports detailing tasks worked on are also expected.
