The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the freight forwarding industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand the company's customer base Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats to the business Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective delivery of services and customer satisfaction Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales performance and market trends Attend industry conferences and events to build networks and promote the company's services Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers and partners Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the freight forwarding industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong leadership skills Knowledge of the freight forwarding industry, including product, customs regulations, documentation, and pricing Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies accordingly Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events Compensation/Benefits: The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00. The offered salary or salary range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
