We are a healthcare accounts receivable and self-pay management firm. We are privately owned and operated based in Nashua, New Hampshire. We have been in business since 2007 and have an excellent regional and national client base.

We are a call center handling patient accounts for our clients. We assist patients in understanding and resolving their medical bills.

Hourly Pay - $17.50 & Commissions Monthly (Hourly blended rate avg $28.00/hr)

M-F Hours - No Weekends - Must work 2 nights until 8pm - Full-time - varied schedules available

Representative will assist consumers with resolving outstanding balances while adhering to all compliance regulations in accordance with HIPAA, FDCPA, UDAAP, PCI-DSS and all other Federal and State Consumer Protection Laws.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Make calls to consumers and receive inbound calls to negotiate payment in full, settlement in full, and payment arrangements.
  • Negotiate payment terms and methods when the right party is reached. The negotiation process often requires reviewing the account information and/or asking probing questions of the consumer to better understand potential objections to payment.
  • Execute verbal skip tracing procedures when non-right party is reached. This includes asking for home address, home telephone number, and place of employment.
  • Update the consumers record with new information, record the call result or disposition, as well as any relevant notes about the call via the menu or narrative section of the system.
  • Leave messages with consumers informing them of contact points via a mandated script.
  • Must adhere to compliance regulations in accordance with HIPAA, FDCPA, TCPA, PCI-DSS and other Federal and State Consumer Protection Laws.

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a climate-controlled office environment.
  • Artificial and natural light.
  • Stairs to enter and exit building and to get to other office areas.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time.
  • Will be assigned to a cubicle.
  • The position needs to occasionally move about inside the office.
  • Essential physical requirements include keyboarding, writing, occasional bending, or stooping.
  • The position is sedentary, lifting requirements occasionally less than 10lbs.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be able to operate personal computer and office applications.
  • Must have completed Basic Training and Passed all required testing.
  • Basic knowledge of health insurance, motor vehicle insurance, worker’s compensation insurance.
  • Must have Interpersonal and human relation skills.
  • Ability to respond to questions in a tactful and professional manner.
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to meet and maintain KPI levels.
