• Manage client selections.
• Ensure clients have a great customer experience via great levels of clear communications, setting & managing expectations, providing client a high level of service, and continual refinement of our process.
• Work 40 hours a week primarily 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.
• Most of the work must be completed in our office on Legion Road with some work on job sites. Remote work is only best in temporary instances.
• Administrative duties can include managing trade partner invoices, document & SOP creation, scanning some documents, marketing, etc...
• Suggest changes to our overall process better.
• Complete daily timesheet.

• Live within a 20 minute drive of our office
• Undergraduate degree
• Project management experience
• Home design or decorating related experience
• Attitude must be great, professional and organized.
• Own & full time use of an automobile in good condition
