Pain and Disability Institute, PC is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Jersey, NJ

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our facility The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to patients and staff.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Schedule patient appointments using clinic software systems
- Maintain medical records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes
- Handle insurance verification and billing inquiries
- Manage front desk tasks efficiently to ensure smooth clinic operations

Collect copayment and deductibles and document them

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a busy medical setting is required
- Knowledge of medical terminology and electronic health record systems like eClinicalWorks or Epic or Practice Fusion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient service
- Proficiency in using multi-line phone systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinic environment
- Familiarity with front desk operations in a healthcare setting is required
