Job Summary:

The Clinical PSC is a registered nurse or LPN. He/she isresponsible and coordinating patient care through the triage of phone calls andteam workload items The Clinical PSC works closely with all departments tocoordinate services necessary for optimal adult and pediatric care. He/shecontributes to the vision, and mission, of the organization. The clinical PSCperforms “hands-on” patient care as needed. The Clinical PSC is accountable to the Clinical Practice Manager and works closely with the medical staff, clinical staff, and support staff of Weeks Medical Center.
