Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning and implementation of projects
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop full-scale project plans
- Assemble and coordinate project staff
- Manage project budget and resource allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Quality assurance
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Proven working experience in project management
- Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies
- Experience with reading plans and specifications of projects
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change orders
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Familiarity with contract program design

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Dropbox for project Communication

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
