Construction Project Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and results-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our team!
In this critical role, the Project Manager will be key member of our Project Management team - responsible for the day-to-day oversight of assigned commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work collaboratively with the design team, project managers, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure seamless project execution. You will possess a strong understanding of the design-build process and have a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
What you will be doing:
· Budgeting: Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets. Monitor project expenditures and implement cost-saving measures as necessary.
· Scheduling : Create a detailed construction schedule and track progress.
· Design : Work with the design team to resolve issues and ensure project requirements are met.
· Negotiations : Negotiate contracts and subcontracts with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
· Documentation: Oversee the preparation of all construction documents, including plans, specifications, contracts, progress reports, and schedule.
· Risk management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. Monitor project risks throughout the project lifecycle and take proactive measures to address emerging issues.
