Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing fundraising activities and events, implementing our development plan, and managing relationships with donors and new prospective donors. The Development Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our organization's reach and impact.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize software to track and analyze donor data
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet financial goals
- Market fundraising campaigns to attract new donors and retain existing ones
- Utilize for donor relationship management
- Engage in event planning to drive fundraising efforts forward
- Manage current development staff

Experience:
- Proven experience in utilizing software for donor management
- Strong background in fundraising
- Experience in strategic planning for fundraising campaigns and related events

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Nonprofit Management)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to meet fundraising targets

Pay: $42,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
