Turf operators assist this sustainable, successful turf ranch to utilize multiple skills of harvesting turf for commercial and residential needs. Will be involved with all aspects of maintenance and growth of the Turf industry.

Individual seeking to apply for this position, must have:

8 hour day shifts

Current high school diploma/GED

Current active driver’s license with a good driving record

Current auto liability insurance.

Have own transportation.

Physical abilities

Occasionally lifting Carry up to 75 lbs. 25 feet

Occasionally push/pull up to 75 pounds in initial start.

Able to work outdoors, all seasons

Frequently perform full squats

Frequently climb up and down in and out of farm equipment.

Have own active cell phone with ability to receive voice messages.

Must be willing to communicate immediately with staff via phone, no texting is acceptable.

Proficient verbal communication skills with all staff and potential clients.

Keen eye for detail.

Farm equipment maintenance knowledge, i.e.: checking fluid levels, tire pressure, and or any potential equipment problem.

Eager willingness to learn new skills.

Able to follow and carry out detailed directions.

Able to work with the team and to also to perform work and work tasks independently;

Able to work occasional weekends.

Dependable and consistent with showing up for work.

Have an open mind and be receptive to frequent feedback.

Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on trucks, tractors, forklift, lawnmowers

Pay $15.00 to $20.00

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekends as needed
