The All Four Paws Veterinary Relief team is committed to providing quality, capable and compassionate relief to practices in several states on the east coast. We are a well established relief organization based in Northern Virginia.

We are looking to expand our offerings to better serve the clinics who need relief clinicians to keep up with their caseloads. As such we need to add another superstar to our Dream Team!

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and drive efficiency and growth. The keyword being GROWTH. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen and excellent leadership skills. Great communication and people skills are a non-negotiable.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and performance

- Manage day-to-day operations, including supervising staff, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance with company policies

- Drive business development initiatives to expand market share and increase profitability

- Lead process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency

- Monitor and analyze profit loss statements to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with admin and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets

- Provide leadership and guidance to the team

- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery of projects

- Engage in strategic planning to align operational objectives with overall company goals

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in managing operations, preferably in the veterinary industry

- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Demonstrated success in business development and strategic planning

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
