A caregiver/Home Health Aide is responsible for monitoring the home environment and assisting patients to remain in the comfort of their own homes. This position requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills, as the Aide will work closely with the patient and family. The successful candidate will need to be compassionate and understanding

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a role model for patients and support their goals.
• Provide non-medical assistance with activities of daily living.
• Perform light cleaning and some meal preparation for patients.
• Assist in the coordination of patient care with outside care providers
• Maintain patient confidences.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
