Our continued growth requires the addition of a talented sales professional to sell service agreements on fire alarm, security, and related building systems in the commercial building market. The successful candidate will enjoy high earnings potential in a dynamic sales environment.
The Service Sales Representatives primary function is the marketing and selling of service offerings to end users of life safety systems including, but not limited to fire alarm, security & sprinkler systems within an assigned territory.
Responsibilities
· Represent the company in a positive and professional manner.
· Follow company established marketing strategies.
· Prospecting.
· Identify and establish contact with prospective customers.
· Qualify potential buyers by scheduling sales calls.
· Determine customer needs and develop a sales strategy for each account.
· Conduct thorough site surveys to support estimate development.
· Develop and maintain a proposal backlog that will insure meeting sales goals.
· Close sufficient sales to meet assigned sales goal.
· Maintain complete records of all activities.
· Submit all required reports in a timely manner.
· Maintain professional relationship with all office personnel.
· Perform other duties as directed.
Ideal candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with successful outside sales experience in the B2B marketplace.
