Who we are: We are a PCR Lab that services nursing home to process their infectious disease cultures.

In this role, you will use your exceptional customer success skills to cultivate positive relationships

 responsible for ensuring the best customer experience as well as customer retention. This role is a lot of driving and supporting nursing homes in person. 

What you need:

• Reliable Vehicle
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to educate in front of groups of 10-12 nurses
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

What you will do:

• You will drive customer satisfaction, retention by providing proactive guidance, and support to customers
• Provide feedback and insights to internal teams based on customer interactions to help inform product improvements and enhancements
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and procedures
• Provide overall support and expertise to new & existing accounts
