Job Overview: ***This is for Evening Shift***
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Road Service Technician to join our team. As a Road Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing jump starts, tire changes, lock out services and battery installation on light duty vehicles. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests on vehicle battery and charging system
- Perform tire change and check tire pressure on light duty vehicles
- Perform lockout service on light, medium and heavy duty vehicles
- Perform jump starts on light, medium and heavy duty vehicles
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete tasks
- Assist tow drivers and other mechanics on accident scenes or in the shop
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Road Service Technician preferred but not required
- Familiarity with automotive repair techniques is a plus
- Proficient in using hand tools and operating power tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
